Responsibilities

• First assist in the CVOR
• Providing support in the clinic, seeing consults, follow-ups, patient calls, and questions
• Managing/rounding on post-op patients in the ICU and step-down units
• Serving as a first assistant in CV surgery and radial harvesting
• Seeing new hospital consults and ordering appropriate pre-surgical workups
• Participating in system-wide Epic EMR

Requirements

• Experience in Vein and Radial Harvesting, CV surgery, and CV recovery is preferred
• Full-time position with Monday through Friday hours from 7a-3p
• Weekend, call, and holiday requirements apply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Current certification in CV surgery and related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in CV surgery and related fields

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Epic EMR
