• Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri at Plover (8a-4:30p)
• Tues at Portage (8a-4:30p)

Requirements

• DOT Certification required at time of BID
• Able to perform DOT certification exams with FMCSA digital upload experience

Start Date

Looking to start a provider on Nov 2nd

Duration

Will need coverage at least through the end of March 2027
