Our PM&R APPs support functional recovery and rehab care for patients in skilled nursing facilities, with inpatient rehab opportunities available if you want them.

Responsibilities

• Support functional recovery and rehab care for patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide inpatient rehab opportunities if desired.
• Work alongside supervising physicians who provide guidance on rehab and recovery plans.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (APP).
• Experience required.
• Willing to practice at multiple locations nationwide.
• Physical requirements: prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients and on a computer; able to lift up to 50 pounds; may be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks) and chemical hazards; must wear required PPE per company/facility; must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency, with current US work visa.

Pay

Base compensation $60,000–$85,000 plus productivity bonus; more volume means more income, entirely at your pace.

Schedule

Part‑time schedule (Mondays & Wednesdays); no nights, no weekends, no call; flexible scheduling – take on a full caseload or keep things lighter to fit your life.
