Nurse Practitioner Nurse-Allied

We're a physician-owned and physician-led group, 15 years strong, practicing in 46 states and still growing. Our PM&R APPs support functional recovery and rehab care for patients in skilled nursing facilities, with inpatient rehab opportunities available if you want them.

Pay

• $125,000–$175,000 base salary
• Productivity bonus — more volume means more income, entirely at your pace

Schedule

• Full-time
• No nights, no weekends, no call

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks) and chemical hazards
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements
