About the Role
Provides comprehensive primary, acute, and extended care services in accordance with scope of practice, licensure, and the Collaborative Practice Agreement. Conducts assessments, diagnoses health conditions, implements clinical interventions, and evaluates patient responses to care. The role supports clinical operations by coordinating patient care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Delivers exceptional customer service and contributes to a respectful, team-based care environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's of Nursing.
- 1+ year of related work experience.
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Nurse Practitioner.

AdventHealth Lake Wales is a 118-bed, acute care facility serving Polk County and surrounding communities. The hospital offers robotic-assisted surgeries, TeleICU, and an adult behavioral health unit.
