Nurse Practitioner (NP) Primary Care

About the role

Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care.
• A focus on patient care, not volume.
• Take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located.
• Federal DEA License/eligibility.
• Geriatric training/experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification.
• Board Certification.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Pay

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
