Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. We want clinicians who prioritize patient care over volume, taking the time needed to truly address each patient’s needs.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where the HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located
- Federal DEA License or eligibility
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Pay
Posted pay range: USD $145,000.00–$160,000.00 per year. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
