About the role

Manage chronic conditions for 6-8 patients per day, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage chronic conditions for 6-8 patients per day, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Use Athena AI Scribe to complete charting within the workday.
• Practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume.
• Take the time needed to address the patient's needs.

Requirements

• Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located.
• Federal DEA License/eligibility.
• Geriatric training/experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification.
• Board Certification.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Qualifications

• Directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple patients effectively.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems.

Pay

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
