About the role
As a clinician with AgeRight Clinical Services, you will work on an Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant led team in collaboration with physicians, nurses, therapists, dieticians, and social workers to provide compassionate and holistic care to a cohort of medically fragile older adults in the assisted living and post-acute care setting.

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, dieticians, and social workers to provide compassionate and holistic care to medically fragile older adults.
- Utilize the latest technology to help streamline clinical workflows and processes.

Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Washington.
