Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Pre-Admission Services

Good Shepherd Health Care System (GSHCS) is seeking a Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join our independent, community-focused healthcare system. This is an exciting time to join our team, as we continue expanding to meet the needs of our region with a commitment to delivering comprehensive, accessible care. We’re a growing, midsize healthcare system offering many of the same specialties found in larger health systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of patient care and ensure compliance with medical best practices and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license in OR (or the ability to obtain)
• OR DEA licensure (or the ability to obtain)
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC and other specialty-specific certifications as required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a primary care setting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
