Infusion Solutions of Delaware is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join their growing Internal Medicine Specialty/Subspecialty and Infusion Medicine practice in Dover, Delaware.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Manage chronic and complex medical conditions
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Monitor biologic and infusion therapies
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Coordinate care with specialists, infusion nursing staff, and primary care providers
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner: Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Delaware (or eligible); Board certification required
- Physician Assistant: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program; NCCPA certification required; Delaware licensure (or eligible)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; Rheumatology experience preferred but not required; Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pain Management, or Infusion experience considered
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
