This one-day assignment focuses on assessing functional capacity, documenting findings, and supporting fit-for-duty determinations.About the Opportunity:Schedule: Wednesday, October 21stHours: 7am to 6pmSetting: Occupational Health EventResponsibilities:Perform Human Performance Exams, including assessment of functional movement, musculoskeletal stability, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling capacityReview range of motion, strength, and endurance to identify any medical limitations or restrictionsConduct focused physical exams and health screenings, including vitals, medical history review, and general assessment as neededProvide medical clearance determinations and fit-for-duty evaluations based on clinical findings and physical demand requirementsDocument evaluations accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner while collaborating with onsite clinical and operational teamsQualifications:Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) licenseAbility to make clinical clearance decisions and assess functional capacity for job-specific tasksStrong clinical judgment, documentation, and decision-making skillsAbility to work efficiently in a high-volume screening settingAvailability to commit to the full shiftDesired Skills:Experience in occupational health, urgent care, employee health, or pre-employment screenings
