This role is a leadership position in the department and the individual is responsible for effective time management, resource utilization, and demonstration of positive role modeling. Qualifications Required: Will consider experience as a Physician Assistant Current California RN license Nurse Practitioner CertificationCurrent American Heart Association BLS Certification (maintain current at all times)Certification as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)Minimum of 5 years clinical experienceDemonstrated clinical competence and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to present self in positive and professional manner Preferred: Master’s degree.
