Schedule

• Coverage Type: Inpatient
• Schedule Type: Clinical hours and call
• Call Type: Occasional Weekend Beeper call – Saturday and Sunday, 12 hours of call. Provider would round in the AM and then be on beeper call.
• Dates of Need: Full time need starting as soon as privileged (~Oct start), ongoing likely through next Spring
• Shift Times: 7:00 am–5:00 pm
• Lunch: Lunch at noon, unpaid
• Provider Minimum Shifts Required: Full time coverage need
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 10
• Hours Worked for OT to Apply: 10 per day
• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call (Weekend call will be 12 hour days, prorated from 24 hour call rate with 1.5 hrs gratis), Call-Back

Credentialing

• Current CV: Must be uploaded to bid
• License: Active WA or Active IMLC only
• DEA Required: Yes
• Boards: BC only

Additional Details

Seeking experienced Neurosurgery NP, PA. First assist would be a bonus but it is not necessary. Provider would be working 4/10s per week with occasional weekend call coverage on Saturday and Sunday, 12 hours 7 am–7 pm on requested days. Provider would round and then be on beeper call.
