Nurse Practitioner - Internal Medicine Nurse-Allied

About the Role

We are a physician‑owned and physician‑led group with 15 years of experience, operating in 46 states. Our advanced practice providers (APPs) support patients in the acute rehabilitation setting, delivering a blend of medical management and physiatry care. This position is based in Lake Fort Worth, FL.

Compensation

Base salary ranging from $65,000 to $110,000, plus additional call pay.

Schedule

Weekend‑only position. Work three weekends per month or every other weekend, with a schedule designed around you.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor (with or without US residency).
• Current US work visa.
• Experience preferred (specific experience not detailed).

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients and on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, needle pricks, and chemical hazards.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) per company and/or facility requirements.
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
