Responsibilities

• Manage patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Optionally take on inpatient work as desired.
• Work closely with supervising physicians who provide accessible support.
• Utilize structured training and support staff to maintain efficient practice.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner (Internal Medicine).
• New graduates welcome; strong onboarding and mentorship provided.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients and on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks), and chemical hazards.
• Must wear required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
