Nurse Practitioner - Internal Medicine Nurse-Allied

About the role

Mission-driven primary care group adding to its team of 4 providers to reduce hospital stays in a value-based care model. Outpatient primary care responsibilities only; Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm; no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• See 13–16 patients per day; average visit cadence every 3 months (more frequent for complex cases)
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in a welcoming, state-of-the-art outpatient setting
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to develop coordinated care plans
• Perform procedures as needed: suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, preventive screenings
• Labs on site with a dedicated phlebotomist; support from scribe and medical assistant

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to obtain and maintain license in Pennsylvania
• Preference for bilingual Spanish or medical Spanish

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (or MD/DO equivalent with or without U.S. residency and current U.S. work visa)

Pay

• Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000+ based on experience
• Performance bonus up to $8,000; metrics include overall patient health and outcomes
• Full malpractice coverage
