Nurse Practitioner - Internal Medicine Nurse-Allied

About the role

Outpatient primary care responsibilities only in a mission-driven primary care group focused on reducing hospital stays through a value-based care model. The clinic features new, state-of-the-art centers serving patients with a variety of acute or chronic conditions.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm (no nights or weekends)
• Patient volume: 13–16 patients per day, seen on average every 3 months (more frequently for complex cases)
• Support staff: scribe and medical assistant
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to develop coordinated care plans
• On-site labs with a phlebotomist
• Procedures include preventive screenings, suturing, joint injections, and skin biopsies

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Michigan license
• Understanding of ICD-10
• Board Certified or Board Eligible as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (NP-C)

Pay

• Salary range: $120,000–$140,000+ (based on experience)
• Bonus up to $8,000 (metrics include overall patient health and outcomes)
