Nurse Practitioner - Internal Medicine Nurse-Allied
About the role
Outpatient primary care responsibilities only in a mission-driven primary care group focused on reducing hospital stays through a value-based care model. The clinic operates Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with no nights or weekends.
You will work in new, state-of-the-art centers serving patients with a variety of acute or chronic conditions, supported by a scribe and medical assistant. Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to develop coordinated care plans.
- Patient volume: 13-16 patients per day
- Patients seen on average every 3 months (more frequently for complex cases)
- On-site labs with a phlebotomist
- Procedures include suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and primarily preventive screenings
Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 (based on experience) plus a bonus of up to $8,000. Bonus metrics include overall patient health and outcomes.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Louisiana license
- Understanding of ICD-10
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Nurse Practitioner (Adult Gerontology)
