Nurse Practitioner - Hospice/ Palliative Care
About the Role
PeaceHealth is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospice team in Bellingham, Washington. This full-time position supports patients receiving hospice care through a combination of inpatient hospice, telehealth, symptom management, and interdisciplinary care coordination. Responsibilities
- Provide hospice care through inpatient, telehealth, and symptom management.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care for patients and families.
Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Washington license required.
- Hospice and/or Palliative Care experience preferred.
- Epic experience preferred.
Schedule
- Full-time (1.0 FTE); Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
- Shared after-hours telephone call coverage.
Pay
$78.25–$92.21 per hour, based on experience.
