Nurse Practitioner - Hospice/Palliative Care

Seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a palliative care program in Tucson, Arizona. The role involves delivering comprehensive, patient-centered inpatient care for adults with serious, chronic, or life-limiting illnesses within an academic medical setting. The NP will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and community hospice staff, focusing on clinical symptom management, end-of-life discussions, goals of care, and advance care planning. Qualifications include: Current ACNP/FNP certification and Arizona license, CPR, BLS, DEA license, and preferred experience in palliative, hospice, geriatrics, ICU, or oncology. ACHPN certification is desirable or expected within two years. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
