Nurse Practitioner - Georgia Gynecologic Oncology

Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examinations
• Carries out appropriate intervention/procedures as determined by the plan of care
• Captures and documents patient information accurately
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Coordinates care of assigned patients according to Northside Hospital established Standards of Care

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: One (1) year experience

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice nursing in Georgia
• Current BLS certification
