About the role
Visiting Nurse Health System (VNHS) is hiring compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Nurse Practitioners (NP) for our Palliative Division serving Cobb and Carroll counties. This is a full-time or PRN opportunity. The Nurse Practitioner collaborates with a physician in an active practice to deliver end-of-life and palliative care, serves as a consultant advocating for area hospice programs, provides education for healthcare professionals, and acts as a bridge between hospitals and hospices to improve care for terminally ill patients and better manage hospice patients.
