We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan. This role is ideal for a clinician who is adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering culturally sensitive services in a friendly, professional setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up carePrescribe medications and manage treatment plans within scope and full prescribing authorityDocument care accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR)Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and other clinical team members to support quality patient outcomesDeliver exceptional patient experience by consistently maintaining a friendly, professional, and public-facing presenceSupport clinic workflows and contribute ideas to improve care delivery, efficiency, and patient satisfactionMaintain compliance with organizational policies and applicable state/federal requirementsRequired QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (relevant prior medical/clinical experience considered)Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner programCurrent, unrestricted Arizona APRN license as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) with a Family/Individual Across the Lifespan focus and full prescribing authorityBoard Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)Initiative, creativity, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibilityAbility to collaborate with professional colleagues to provide quality careConsistently present a friendly, welcoming, and professional public-facing presenceStrong verbal, written, and communication skillsKnowledge of Windows environment and/or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systemsAbility to provide culturally sensitive servicesMust have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance CardMust possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insuranceBLS certified or ability to be trained within 5 business days of hire dateExperience working in community health, integrated care, or with diverse/underserved populations preferredBilingual preferredPre-Employment / Onboarding Requirements TB screening record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest X-ray upon hire (as applicable)Vaccinations/titers/declination forms: Flu, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, VaricellaWhy Join UsSupportive, collaborative clinical teamOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in the communityBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Life InsurancePaid Disability InsurancePaid time offEmployee assistance programEmployee discountProfessional development assistanceReferral program *** NHSC Loan Repayment Program - awards up to $50,000 in exchange for a two-year commitment to provide primary medical, dental, or mental/behavioral health care at approved sites in high-need, underserved areas.
