About the role
Join a primary care team as an experienced, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient care to patients of all ages, managing wellness and chronic diseases, and performing specialized procedures based on interest.
- Handle a patient load of 18-20 daily in a busy, well-established clinic.
- Collaborate with a supportive team, including medical assistants and administrative staff.
- Participate in clinical and administrative duties, with limited shared call (phone consult only).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in outpatient primary care.
- Board Certified FNP or eligible PA with a valid Colorado license or ability to obtain one.
- Patient-focused, friendly, and collaborative team player.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient population.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range of $120,000-$145,000 plus incentives.
