Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and premier nonprofit healthcare network, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its Same Day Clinic team in Fernley, Nevada. Located just 30 miles east of Reno, Fernley offers small‑town living with access to outdoor recreation, an affordable cost of living, and no state income tax.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care for patients of all ages in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented Rural Health Clinic.
• Conduct same‑day appointments utilizing on‑site labs and X‑ray services.
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• No call required.

Requirements

• Active DEA and prescriptive authority.
• FNP certification with Nevada licensure eligibility.
• 3+ years of clinical experience (acute care experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑focused approach.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Pay

Competitive salary: $120,000 – $145,000 (dependent on experience). Sign‑on bonus and annual performance bonus/incentives are also offered.

Schedule

Five‑day work week, Monday‑Friday, 8 hours per day.
