Nurse Practitioner- Family Medicine

About the role

Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our practice. The ideal candidate will employ excellent diplomatic communication skills, collaborate with intra-interdepartmental team members, and engage with community organizations or members. A qualified candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask and utilize critical thinking skills to best serve our patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program (DNP optional)
• Current or pending state license for Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
• Current or pending certification by an approved professional certification organization
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
• Certifications as required by specialty, which may include:
  • BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • ACLS/ACLS-EP
  • PALS
  • ATLS
  • CSR
• Certain departments or specialties may require additional experience as a nurse or Nurse Practitioner
