About the role

The Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner position at CHI St Vincent Medical Group in Malvern, Arkansas, offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families within the community. The role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians to ensure timely and comprehensive services for all patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, encompassing functional, mental, social, and physical conditions, to establish accurate diagnoses.
  • Actively involve patients and their caregivers in the development of personalized treatment plans.
  • Serve as a crucial interface between the clinic and other providers to ensure timely and comprehensive services for all patients.
  • Independently develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Adhere strictly to all statutes and regulations governing Advanced Practice Nurses, operating confidently within the legal boundaries of the APN category.
  • Clearly communicate patient needs, care plans, and problem resolutions to physicians and other healthcare teams.

Requirements

  • Board-Eligible/Board-Certified
  • Active or eligible license in the state of Arkansas
  • Preferred: Experience in APN/RNP patient care in a family practice setting

Pay and Recognition

  • Pay ranges from $104,000 - $125,000/year, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
