Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, encompassing functional, mental, social, and physical conditions, to establish accurate diagnoses.
- Actively involve patients and their caregivers in the development of personalized treatment plans.
- Serve as a crucial interface between the clinic and other providers to ensure timely and comprehensive services for all patients.
- Independently develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Adhere strictly to all statutes and regulations governing Advanced Practice Nurses, operating confidently within the legal boundaries of the APN category.
- Clearly communicate patient needs, care plans, and problem resolutions to physicians and other healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Board-Eligible/Board-Certified
- Active or eligible license in the state of Arkansas
- Preferred: Experience in APN/RNP patient care in a family practice setting

Pay and Recognition
- Pay ranges from $104,000 - $125,000/year, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
