Nurse Practitioner

About the role

This is an office-based role focused on scheduled outpatient visits, patient education, and collaborative care. No pain management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pain-focused histories and physical exams
• Manage acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Develop and follow treatment plans for outpatient visits
• Provide pre- and post-procedure follow-up care
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps
• Prescribe medications per state and practice guidelines
• Document visits clearly in the EMR
• Collaborate daily with physicians, MAs, and clinical staff

Requirements

• Licensed NP or PA-C (new graduates welcome)
• Active, unrestricted state license
• National certification
• BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred)
