Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
  • Active RN licensure
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
  • State licensing, DEA registration, and an unrestricted professional license where applicable

Qualifications

Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
