About the role

Provide primary and urgent care services across two centers in Keene, NH. Collaborate with center leadership and work with the Medical Director or attending physicians to deliver high-quality medical care. Support residents of skilled nursing and senior living facilities.

Requirements

• License as a registered nurse with a Master's in Nursing (preferred concentration in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner) or graduate from an accredited PA program with NCCPA certification and state licensure
• At least two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations
• Adherence to additional practice restrictions depending on state laws
