Nurse Practitioner
About the role
We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing physician-lead Geriatric practice at Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive geriatric care to patients in a multi-disciplinary team setting
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide medical advice and treatment
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with other specialists as needed
- Develop and maintain patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research projects
Requirements
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse or nurse practitioner in the state of Massachusetts
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems

Pay
$110,000 - $165,000 (includes base + bonus + incentive)
