Nurse Practitioner

Role Overview: A full-time Advanced Practice Provider (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) provides primary and urgent care to residents in long-term care facilities. This float position covers two centers in Keene, NH, offering work-life balance with no on-call or weekend duties. The role involves collaborating with center leadership and medical staff to deliver high-quality healthcare aligned with the organization's mission to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Responsibilities: Collaborate with center leadership and medical directors, deliver patient-specific care, and work towards facility goals. Provide compassionate, high-quality health services to the geriatric population, supporting the team in achieving healthcare excellence. Qualifications & Skills: Must be a licensed registered nurse with a master's degree in nursing (preferably with an Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner focus) or a certified Physician Assistant with NCCPA certification and state licensure. Prior experience with adults or geriatrics is preferred. Unrestricted licenses and DEA registration are required where applicable.
