About the role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Providing patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
- Conducting on-site visits and remote work from home
- Collaborating with our dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation
- Building strong relationships with facility staff and maintaining a patient-centered approach
- Contributing to our positive and supportive clinical environment
Requirements
- Active NP or PA license (in the state of practice)
- 1+ year of experience in: Geriatric care, Documentation review
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
