Job Description
- 100% Outpatient - NO CALL
- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- Patient Population: Medicare Advantage and fluent Spanish speaking
- 12-18 patients daily

Requirements
- MUST have a minimum of 3-5 years of NP experience in primary care, preferred in value based care model
- Autonomous license
