About the Role
Provides primary and urgent care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, collaborating with center leadership and medical providers to deliver high-quality healthcare with compassion. Open to nurse practitioners or physician assistants, including new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Work on-site with the leadership team
- Coordinate with the Medical Director or attending physicians
- Deliver comprehensive care tailored to the adult and geriatric population
Qualifications
- Licensed registered nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing, certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner track
- Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program with NCCPA certification and state licensure
- Preferably with at least two years of relevant experience
