Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors and coworkers.
- Provide convenient, friendly patient care to all seeking health related services.
- Performs medical assessment of patients.
- Complete home visit Encounter Summary within 48 hours of appointment.
- Assures compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies.
- Represent company and the clinic as reasonably required at internal and external meetings or events.
- Maintain working equipment and supplies.
- Cookordinate patient care with patient's associated home health agency.
- Review patient case document in an timely manner.
Experience
- Nurse Practitioner: 1 year (Preferred)
- New Grads welcome to apply
Licenses and Certifications
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) (Required)
- NP (Preferred)
Compensation
$60.00 - $80.00 per hour
