Nurse Practitioner - Aesthetics & Wellness

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and personable Nurse Practitioner to join a growing aesthetics and wellness practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about aesthetics, enjoy educating patients, and contribute to the growth of a patient-focused medical practice. You will provide high-quality patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and build strong relationships with patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and patient assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs
• Administer Botox®, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injectables
• Perform orthopedic joint injections and related orthopedic procedures
• Conduct follow-up evaluations and monitor patient outcomes
• Educate patients on aesthetic treatments, skincare, wellness services, and treatment expectations
• Collaborate with estheticians and other healthcare providers to create customized treatment plans
• Recommend appropriate skincare, wellness, and regenerative treatment options
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all safety and compliance standards
• Provide an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up

Marketing & Community Engagement

The ideal candidate will support practice growth through:

• Participating in educational videos and social media content
• Speaking confidently on camera and educating patients online
• Hosting educational seminars and community presentations
• Participating in open houses and special events
• Building relationships with patients, community members, and referral partners
• Representing the practice professionally within the community

Requirements

Required:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility
• Hands-on experience performing orthopedic procedures, including joint injections
• Previous medical aesthetics experience with Botox and cosmetic injectables
• Strong patient consultation and communication skills
• Excellent bedside manner and patient-focused approach
• Strong organizational skills and attention to clinical documentation
• Ability to educate patients and build trust through communication

Preferred:

• Dermal filler experience
• PRP/regenerative medicine experience
• IV therapy experience
• Weight-loss or wellness medicine experience
• Existing patient following
• Sales, marketing, or business development experience
