The position is a full‑time role in the Harrisonburg, VA area, working alongside top‑notch professionals and learning from leaders in the addiction treatment industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to monitor patients and provide individualized medication management.
• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care to individuals with substance dependence.
• Support licensing requirements, including obtaining the buprenorphine waiver through SAMHSA.
• Participate in a comprehensive addiction medicine provider education and training program beginning on the day of hire.

Requirements

• Current, in‑good‑standing Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
• Prior experience in substance addiction treatment and/or psychiatric care preferred but not required.
• Experience in addiction medicine preferred but not required.
• Holding an X waiver and/or having completed the Addiction DATA waiver is a strong plus.
