Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Masters or Doctorate program
• Emergency Room or Inpatient experience of 1 year or more, required
• Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Hospital Medicine
• ACLS, PALS, and ATLS or CALS certified
• Qualification to successfully obtain an unrestricted Minnesota practice license and DEA
• Shift-based condensed work schedule [Ten 24-hr shifts is full-time]
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently
• Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing patient demographics and needs
