Nurse - Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Registered Nurse to provide healthcare services to students in a school setting. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing and treating students for injuries and illnesses, including communicable diseases like COVID-19 and flu.Administering medications, charting student visits, and maintaining medication inventory and proper disposal.Adhering to infection control protocols, including PPE use and sanitization.Communicating with faculty, staff, parents, pharmacy, and physicians regarding student health, medication compliance, and updates.Maintaining the health center’s cleanliness, supplies, and records in electronic systems.Following established policies and procedures, including during staff meetings and training.Ensuring licensure and certifications are current. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred.Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts.Ability to commute within 30 minutes of the school. This role offers a 39-42 hourly wage and requires maintaining proper licensure and certifications to ensure quality student care.
