Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to our residents
• Absorb daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
• Monitor vital signs and health status, ensuring the best possible outcomes
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
• Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness

Requirements

• A current LPN or RN license in Wisconsin
• A genuine passion for helping others and a strong commitment to resident care
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• A positive attitude and a compassionate approach to nursing

Schedule

• 4 shifts in a two week pay period on the PM shift (2:30pm-10:45pm)
• Total of 32 hours per week
• Shifts are Wednesday and every other weekend
