Nurse - (part-time)

Location: Shirley, MA - Shirley Medium/Minimum Massachusetts Correctional Institution.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication to incarcerated patients who are enrolled in the Substance Use Disorder Treatment (SUDT) Program
• Triaging patients referred to treatment for Opioid Use and/or Alcohol Use Disorder
• Control, counting and administer medication in accordance with state and federal standards and regulation
• Successful completion of 40 Hour Department of Correction New Employee Training

Qualifications

• Valid MA nursing license from accredited school required, LPN or RN
• Must have current CPR/BLS certification or obtain certification within 90 days of hire
• Experience in substance abuse/mental health preferred
• DOC experience preferred

Pay

$38.00-$42.00/hour. $10.00/hour shift differential on the weekend

Schedule

Part-time, 16 hours a week. 5:00am-1:00pm Week 1: Friday and Saturday Week 2: Sunday and Friday
