About the role
The Nurse Navigator provides clinical guidance and facilitates patients and their families through the diagnostic evaluation and treatment process for patients referred to the Structural Heart Disease program. The Nurse Navigator educates and supports each patient, empowering them to make informed treatment decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Two years of inpatient RN experience
- Five years’ recent clinical experience in cardiac preferred
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post-offer process.
