We are currently hiring for a Full Time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Navigator for Cystic Fibrosis Clinic in Boise!

Responsibilities

• Phone triage for patient illnesses and concerns
• Management of in-basket follow-up work
• Rooming patients
• Patient education
• S.M.A.R.T. management
• Ordering/monitoring clinic supplies and medications, including private vaccines

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors of Nursing Degree
• Experience: 2 years’ of RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledgeable in the Cystic Fibrosis specialty, Critical thinking skills

Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 4:30p.
