What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

  • Experience in Emergency Department or Urgent Care strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Population Health, Case Management, Primary Care, Urgent Care or hospital bedside nursing.
  • Understanding or knowledge of community resources available to patients;
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with the clinic provider, care managers, specialists and community resources to ensure effective transition of care.
