What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
What Additional Preferences We're Seeking
- Experience in Emergency Department or Urgent Care strongly preferred.
- Experience in Population Health, Case Management, Primary Care, Urgent Care or hospital bedside nursing.
- Understanding or knowledge of community resources available to patients;
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with the clinic provider, care managers, specialists and community resources to ensure effective transition of care.
