Nurse - Minimally Invasive PCU

Clinical Nurse (RN) – Minimally Invasive PCU/IMU. Full‑time position with days and nights available. Open to experienced and new graduate RNs. Sign‑on bonus up to $15,000. Join a fast‑paced, 28‑bed Minimally Invasive Progressive Care Unit (PCU), a Bariatric Center of Excellence, providing specialized care for post‑operative and intermediate‑care patients, including bariatric surgeries, hernia repairs, mastectomies, and other minimally invasive procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and close monitoring of PCU/IMU patients.
• Care for post‑operative patients with stays from 1–5 days and tracheostomy patients across the North Campus.
• Provide patient and family education on illness management, medication, and home care.
• Participate in safety, quality, and professional development activities.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team, patients, and families.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license.
• Experience not required; two years of experience preferred.
