Nurse - Minimally Invasive PCU

Join a fast-paced, 28-bed Minimally Invasive Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as a Clinical Nurse (RN) , providing specialized care for post-operative and intermediate care patients, including bariatric, hernia repairs, mastectomies, and other minimally invasive procedures. Responsibilities include: Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within established standards.Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participating in patient safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and collaborating with the care team.Developing and documenting individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.Utilizing critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers. Qualifications: Current RN license; Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.No prior experience necessary; new graduate nurses encouraged to apply.Preferred: 2+ years of experience and supervisory experience.
