Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based bedside care to post-procedure and medically complex patients
- Monitor recovery closely
- Administer medications and infusions
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families
- Support safe discharges
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
