Oversees daily clinical operations in the Operating Room, Central Sterile Processing, Pre-Op, and PACU departments, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards such as AAAHC and AORN. Qualifications

• BSN or 5+ years of comparable ASC experience
• Active Texas license and BCLS certification
• CNOR certification (or ability to obtain within a year)
• 5+ years clinical OR experience
• 3+ years management experience
• Computer skills, including Word and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• MSN
• Specialty certification in Preoperative care
• Ambulatory surgery or AAAHC preparation experience

Compensation

Ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually, with benefits and incentives available.
